Contributor Map Update Form

If you contribute to KDE in any way (developer, artist, documentation, translations etc.), you are welcome to be listed on these maps.

To have your details updated on the map, please fill in the following form.

Required Data

Full Name:
	Your name is used to label your location in maps.
Anonymous:	YesNo
	Do you want to be anonymous on the map? If you select yes here, your name will not appear.
Nickname:
	Your nickname (ie. your pseudonym on IRC) If you don't have one, leave the field blank.

Latitude and longitude are used to place the marker on the map. Please enter decimal values (e.g. nn.nnn) and use the convention for denoting east/west and north/south below. (Hint: See Heavens-above or here for help on finding your latitude and longitude.)
Latitude:
	(0: equator; < 0: southern, > 0 northern hemisphere)
Longitude:
	(0: Greenwich; < 0: west, > 0: east of Greenwich)

Optional Data
This data is collected to verify you are a contributor to the KDE project. Many invalid requests are sent, so please do not hestitate to help the maintainers in their task and be verbose here. Location informations help to verify your coordinates.

E-Mail:
	Your e-mail address may be used to contact you if any additional information is required. It will not be used for any other purpose without your permission and is only known to the maintainers of this map.

Country Code:
	The top-level ISO Country Code of the country you live in OR the internet country top level domain. (ie. uk = United Kingdom, de = Germany, us = USA, etc.).

Town:
	The name of the town you live in.

KDE Job:
	Please describe what you do for the KDE Project ( for example: KOffice programmer, icon artist, documentation translator, webmaster, (financial) sponsor, etc. ). Please help me to verify this, since we get lots of "advertising" and fake submissions.
